Prof. Dr. Imad Fattah Ismail), a lecturer in the Law Department, entitled “Criminal Protection of the Right of Transfer in Iraqi Legislation.”, On Sunday, 19/4/2026, at 10:30 AM, in the seminar hall of (Prof. Dr. Khalid Saeed), and in the presence of (Prof. Dr. Bakhtiar Saber Bayaz), Dean of the College, and (Dr. Ali Taha Akram), Head of the Law Department, along with a number of faculty members and students of the Law Department.
