The panel was held On Thursday, 29 February 2026, at 10:30 a.m., in Prof. Dr. Khalid Saeed Seminar Hall, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Bakhtiar Saber Bayez, Dean of the College of Law, and in the presence of Asst. Prof. Dr. Qasim Hashim Mahmoud, Vice Dean, Asst. Lecturer. Mr. Goran Qadir, along with a number of faculty members and students of the College.
