The aim was to integrate the theoretical aspects of Enforcement Law with practical application and to familiarize students closely with legal cases which related to the subject. It is worth noting that the topics of the lectures were distributed over two days. On the first day, the session began with an introduction of the presenters, followed by a discussion on the organizational structure and distribution of enforcement directorates in Erbil. The lecture also addressed, through documentary materials, the functions of enforcement directorates and the procedures they follow. On the second day, the lecture focused on the tools of compulsory enforcement, presented through the examination of real legal cases related to the subject, with emphasis on the most important practical notes and applied knowledge relevant to students. The lectures concluded with an interactive discussion, during which students asked questions and gave suggestions, all of which were addressed and responded to enriching the overall academic and practical value of the sessions.
