To support Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education), particularly Target 4.4 and Sustainable Development Goal 16 ,through enhancing students’ practical legal skills and promoting an understanding of judicial enforcement mechanisms and strengthening future capacities related to the rule of law, several practical lectures on Enforcement Law were delivered on 13 and 20 January 2026, from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m., in Prof. Dr. Khalid Saeed Hall , in the presence of Prof. Dr. Bakhtiar Saber Bayez, Dean of the College of Law, Asst. Prof. Dr. Qasim Hashim Mahmoud, Vice Dean, Dr. Ali Taha Akram, Head of the Department, and a number of students of the College of Law, The practical lectures were presented by Mr. Sirwan Salim Saeed, the execution of justice who is the Director of the Erbil Plain Implementation Directorate, to fifth-year students, under the supervision of Asst. Lecture Taka Mohammed Ahmed a lecturer in the Department of Law.
